The industrial zone in the park is the state-of-the art infrastructure to meet the specific requirement of fashion design studios. Registration is opened for the allotment of the Industrial Zone of Fashion Technology Park. FTP invites Expression of Interests from Fashion Stylists & Designer Studios , Textile Manufacturers.  The faci! lities offered in the Industrial Zone of the Park will suit companies of every magnitude domestic, international, global and multi nationals. The floor area ranges from 1000 sq. ft. to 1,00,000 sq. ft. To involve small investors and to provide them excellent appreciation and permanent monthly income company have further divided area into the denomination of 100 sq. ft. per unit.  Presently such 1400 units have are being marketed.  Investment is designed in such a fashion that small investor can get at lease rent 6,000 to 7,000 per month after allotment of his premises i.e. after 30 months of booking.

 

BENEFITS TO THE INVESTORS

 
  1. Minimum area for investment is 100 sq. ft.
  2. Minimum investment needed Rs. 5 lakh.
  3. If in 30 months value does not appreciate then investor will be given guarantee of 20% buyback.
  4. Investor is assured for the monthly lease rent income, as according to the agreement investor have to authorize his unit to lease to Greenfield Realtors Private Limited, a group company of promoter.
  5. Initially one needs only 10% of total amount to book the property, rest of the payment will be made as per payment schedule.
  6. Financial facilities are available through ICICI, HDFC & ANDHRA BANK.
  7. If possession is not given in 30 months then there is provision for the payment of penalty to investor @ Rs. 50/- per month, per sq. ft.
  8.   The Punjab Govt. has given exemption from payment of stamp duty and registration fee on first sale/transfer of developed infrastructure.
  9. Other benefits are clearly mentioned in the application form and memorandum of agreement.
